There are so many acryonms floating out here that I got lost. I love 6.5.x layout so so does MightyROM_RhodiumW_050110 have that or is it the just the 6.5 version?

Only Full Force is 6.5.x. The official and SE versions are 6.5.

That's just Official 6.5. If you want the 6.5.x version, you want to get the Full Force (FF).
