A question for the imminent update. How do I have to back up my contacts to maintain my Facebook contact links? I really like having everyone's profile pic update automatically and become their contact pic, but it would suck to go thru 100 contacts and relink their facebook.

Anything that saves the "Notes" field for contacts will maintain the linking. Of the methods I know of for backing up contacts, all of them backup Notes, so you should be good.

Question for MM or Beta Testers

The last official mightyrom is missing the Touch Input Setting to toggle HKLM\Software\HTC\ezsip\VibrationEnabled, and the registry key isn't even there - I added it manually and set it to 0 to turn off the Vibration when typing a key on the sip, but will it be included in the Settings app in the next release?

How funny is that? And after he posted that he left it out of his ROM. I wonder, MM did you do that on purpose?

One request for the new ROM, could you please leave Global Smart dialing in for those of us that actually use the phone internationally? When I'm in Europe, I don't only call the US, but other countries as well.

And also, I don't know if this has been mentioned, but QuickGPS does not update by itself even tho I have the option checked. I constantly have to update it manually before using GPS.

Why not just go to Settings, Personalize then Vibration?

because sometimes if the ACTUAL KEY isnt present... it doesnt like to CREATE it... in most ROM's thats fixed... but leaving the default keys to me is the biggest gripe i have about the MM releases...


additionally I wanted to help Mirror when release day hit but Dreamhost has a Nazi agenda when it comes to their "Unlimited"(NOT) policy...
