@shadowlaos: What are you trying go do to get MaxSense on your phone? Have to be Unlocked and flash this ROM to your phone in order to use maxsense.

There is a cab floating around (believe in this thread) that would allow you to install it but think its best if its cooked into the ROM.

I was flashed to this rom for a long time till development dried up and Bigg moved onto Droid (not sure if that is greener pasture or not, but none the less developement stopped on this ROM). I moved to EnergyROM but does not have an Up to date MaxSense version.

With that, I will try and help the best I can.

No problem on being a noob.....everyone was once a noob so no shame in that...and it never hurts to ask....the only stupid questions are the ones you never ask....

First, are you trying to just install the CAB or are you wanting the FLASH the MaxSense ROM that Big created?

If you want to FLASH, you need to have your phone unlocked (see signature for link to Unlocker; best $20 you will ever spend on your phone).

Unlocker link has the steps to perform the Unlock.

Otherwise if you just installing the CAB, you download it to your phone (recommend downloading it to SD Card) and then install it from the phone (file explorer and got to the folder you saved it to and run the .cab file).

I do not know what th steps are specifically for just the MAXSENSE.CAB install as I only did the MaxSense with the ROM flash and used the last updated ROM that Big did for Verizon (believe it was 7-25 for the WM6.5.x version).
