ok then the long version haha.

Uninstall. Delete UCWEB folder from \Program Files

See if this key exists after uninstall, if so, delete it.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UCWEB6]

Reset, Install, Reset.

Oh it's that second task manager, The task manager(1) it will replace the original soon.

Yeah that is very odd. There isn't an mui present, so It's inside. I'll keep looking for a fix
