ahh yes I was originally going to do it in .png, But I kept having visions of an animated menu XD I may just return to .png

You could keep the actually background a gif to have an animated background.

The dusk theme rom is a killer, I love it. I have it on my second TP2 that I use to test new roms and use as a backup. I would be more than happy to run this on my main TP2 but...........................

I have had my TP2's for several years now, and no one seems to be able to get the DRM (digetal rights management) to work on custom roms.

The only exception that i have found is the Energy 23567 roms from last august. I have to have working DRM, so I run his CHT rom from back them and just keep testing new rom's in hopes someone will have working DRM.

Anyway what I like about this ROM is it does not seem to follow the same formula most new roms have fallen into. Its its own leader and does it very well.

I will continue to check back and update in hopes of getting a version with working DRM.

Hi, i am a noob here but have been experimenting for a while with the Win mobile software. Do you have a write up with step by step on how to install this Rom. I am not having any success. But, I am running the Tilt 2 Rhodium (which is just like the Touch pro) but the installer keeps having communication issues. thanks

I must admit, I was a little thrown off when I realized it didn't come with some of the normal stuff preinstalled, Opera, GMaps, but I also realize that those things are easily installed so its a non-issue.

It moves very smoothly, so far no errors. I did have a little trouble getting data to work. The fix was easy, however. The provisioning app runs after the initial install, but data didn't work so I ran the provisioning again. Works fine now.

Just wanted to say thanks for releasing this and I hope to use it for at least a week or two (fyi; that's a huge compliment, lol).

The Tilt2 is AT&T which would be a GSM device. This is for CDMA devices.
You are in luck though

First if you haven't, You will need to unlock your phone for custom roms found here: Hard-SPL Unlocker for Rhodium (AT&T Tilt 2)

Ok, I have found that s2u2 seems to be causing a problem during calls. I set s2u2 settings to lock the screen when a call connects, everything works fine till it's time to hang up. When I try to unlock the screen to hang up or access the keypad, the slider almost never makes it all the way across the screen to unlock so I have to wait until the call drops or something.

Now, I have used s2u2 in the past with other roms, so it has worked, but I installed Bhars rom and then installed s2u2 v2.43 on top of that to see if it was the rom and now it won't even load sense when I turn the phone on so it may be some compatibility issue with s2u2. As a result, I'm loading your WP7 again and will just try it without changing the settings in s2u2 and see how it goes from there, but I love the s2u2 lock on call connect. If you find out something that may help i'd love to know.

Ok, so here's what I did, I reinstalled WP7 Rom. I changed the settings in s2u2 one at a time, and so far it seems to be working just fine. I'm thinking it may have been something to do with one of the cabs that auto-installed in the xda_uc folder. I will see if I can pinpoint which one and if so I will post what it was, but so-far everything seems to be working properly.

Actually, on the topic of S2U2, if I could wave my magic wand, I'd have you put that in UC instead of burning it in, since I tend to disable it as much as I can... but that's just me!

The easiest most effective way to disable S2U2 is to delete the iLock2.lnk from \Windows\StartUp
