Thanks for the inputs, I have the keyboard cab, I was attempting to be "cool" by changing the string myself. The Verizon provisioning cab conflicts with *228 on this ROM for some reason. I just Task 29'ed and about to flash, thanks again.

Thanks again for all the inputs, I found I messed up the string I was trying to edit, but task29'd and reflashed twice before I realized that .

I also came across one small bug while messing around: the 3rd alarm setting does not work, the first 2 wake up and sound off fine, but not the 3rd one...not a deal breaker as we still have 2 others but thought you'd like to know.

Confirmed. All three alarms are working! Problem is when I got rid of some of the ring tongs, I didn't change the default one. All you have to do is change to a different alarm tone and it works 100%.

Im having problems tethering...... I will upgrade to 5/29/10 to see if that will fix it....

But Thanks to your effort my phone runs stably and swiftly..

there are couple of things that bother me --

1.) when the phone goes to standby it doesn't come on when I slide open the keypad..
it used to in the other two ROMs i used..
2.) while using the music player when i turn off the screen(to save battery) by pressing the power button, the music pauses automatically.. it doesn't pause when the screen turns off automatically though.. this didn't happen in Mightyrom, which i previously used..
but this is much faster than MightyR..

are there any CABs or settings that can fix this..??

ya.. this problem with the sense 2.1 only i think.. not present with other roms using sense 2.5...

please suggest an mp3 player.. that doesn't have that problem..

Go to post #3 download MR.X Sprint PRL FW Profile Update.cab . It'll fix it.

this ROM is like the "energizer bunny" keeps going and going and going....everything works as far as i can see, but i don't use it as a wifi router, i just purchased the bigger HTC battery which will give me 40% more ....which would probably make this phone last a while before recharge.

I love this ROM, but unfortunately I can't get tethering / interenet sharing to work. So I keep installing energy rom so I can can check online how to fix this.

Normally a working internet sharing will be like this.
2 drop downs
-PC Connection --- this one just is USB
-Network Connection ---- this one is usually "My Connection"

When i install SuperRom in the Network Connection drop down it has one option of "none"

so i install the MR. X PRL update cab and it didnt work. Same issue.
I created a new connection for network as well as the other one and still the same.



Any ideas? I really need tethering.
