Have you removed any files? A lot of people have been deleting the non English manila xml files. You may have deleted more than just the non English ones

no i dont do anything to ext's people post. oh well guess ill just stick with 2016 for now

1st maybe its just a bum download. If thats not it... it must be a out-dated dependancy. About 4-6 posts back, I posted my dependancies for download. It's about 12mgs, 17 pkgs not fully tested, but manila boots with them. I'm been running most of them a week or two.
It would be interesting to see if one or more of them would solve the problem.

I had to convert from OEM to EXT since I don't use VK anymore. So as an EXT this is untested, even tho I am currently running this built with my original OEM.

With the newest Manila packages I've been trying to use HTCMenuEnhancement for the same version. CHT does not work with the newest MenuEnhancements in 2017&2018.
2016 only has CUIHandler and 2017 & 2018 have an additional Menu file (I forget what its called).
Took me alot of mix'n'match flashes cause I'm only used to working with the VK's Core + Engine folders.

Here's what I've settled on for now. Lemme know if you all think anything can be improved.
