Does the core package give you the RSS feed? I thought that'd be part of the home package. Forgive me, I'm a little behind in the 2018 game.

You are correct. Home contains RSS feed files.

Why go with a core 2018 and 2013 or anything lower for the rest of the tabs? Just for the sake of device info. showing 2018? Anyone tried 2018 home with 2016 everything else? Would that work?

Because the Core is for the most part where the speed and stability comes from.

Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

I need a little help with 21911. I'm building with 6.5 for the first time and I'm having a top taskbar issue. Anywhere I tap on the top taskbar brings up the notifications screen, even if I tap the start menu icon. Anyone have any idea what package might be doing this? It's possible I may still have a 6.5.X something or other floating around in the kitchen, but I was hoping someone may have experienced this already and might be able to help me narrow down the problem quicker. Thanks

Agreed 2018 is fast. Lots of people are having trouble getting it up and running. Any idea why?
