I have a question. I have tried adding the threaded email to several different builds and I can get it to work when setting up a gmail, hotmail, or yahoo account but it doesn't work for my exchange mail. Is anyone able to get the threaded email to work with exchange mail through activsync? I had been using the 235XX builds because of the threaded email, but got a wild hair and decided to try a few other builds and noticed that my ROM ran alot smoother and also managed memory better on 21660 and 23659. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or if it is just not possible.

Btw I am taking the necessary files from 23569 and replacing them in the appropriate places

Here are some tweaks that I found when searching the other day on XDA for something and I have tested them all out on my sprint TP2 and can verify that they have made a huge improvement for me. After applying them and soft-resetting go through the weather demo and notice how fast the windshield wiper goes lol.

I take credit for these I merely stumbled across them and thought I would share with this group since we seem to have a really good group of people contributing to this thread who are all helpful and not rude lol. Notice that these are for the LEO, but like I said I can confirm that they work on the TP2 (I didn't apply the ones that were designated for 576MB ROMs)

That's one thing about adding threaded email to other SYS's is that it works fine with your normal email but is missing something necessary to get exchange to work properly. I dont think anyone has dug up the dependency yet

then you'd just need to update your SYS update package for threaded email with those missing files, and in theory everything should be right in the world. good luck

makes me feel a little better that I am not screwing something up. I will look into seeing what needs to be done to get it to work or hopefully someone will come up with the answer as well.

sorry for being a noob, but where exactly do i add this into the kitchen? i tried a couple places i thought would work, but they didn't so can anyone help me out as to where i put each of the tabs files? Thanks
