Thanks, but this is another on that's not tied to a GPS. You have to key the lon/lat.

This is probably an extremely noob question, but...
I kind of enjoyed the "startup" flight mode sound... (The one that played at power on, and when manually turning flight mode on and off with 6.1 ROM.)
Is this something that went away with stock 6.5, or was it one of the tweaks with this ROM? Does anyone know of any CABs to bring it back, or any registry settings/tweaks to re-enable it? I've searched, but have had no luck...

I have uploaded the BETA release of Sprint Lovers 6.5.X and will be sending PM's with the download link shortly to those who asked for it. If anyone else wishes to test you may do so by going to the link at the bottom of this post. All comments/suggestions regarding the 6.5.X should also be directed to PM as to not confuse anyone reading the 2.5 thread. When the rom is complete I will open a new thread for it. Here are a few screenshots:

As of now there are a few minor issues which seem to be found on many 6.5.X roms and they include:
-Graphical error within the "Remove Programs" page
-Graphical overlay of the up/down arrow button within the phone dialer
-Missing shortcut for "Managed Programs"

* I have put MANY hours into this rom for you guys who keep asking so the thanks had better be plentiful

I will continue updating/working on the ROM and am open to any fixes/tweaks you guys may dig up as long as they pertain to the stock theme.

Hey Chris if you want to add a new system to the Sprint ROM try the 21901 and the 6.5.x ROM that you are working on the best system seems to be 23563

Hi, just flashed this rom. Loving it so far and like the task manager, but it went away on me. Just restored backup and installed xda shutdown. A soft reset didn't bring it back. Is there an easy way to bring it back? Oh, also unchecked the option to show quick list on the today screen. Don't know if that did it.

EDIT: Yes that did do it. Checked the box and it back. Anyway, Great rom!

I have not been able to find a thorough explanation for the differences between 6.5 and 6.5.X.

I know the home screen buttons are different, larger, and the start button is on the bottom left. I think other features like footprints are included? Supposedly it's more finger friendly. But what else?

First, does the X stand for .1 or .3 or .5?
Does it have multitouch capacity?
Any other features that 6.5 doesn't have?
