I reflashed, unchecked the lock enable box before OBOE started and installed S2U2 v2.34 and all is well. Once the OBOE lockscreen starts, there is no getting it to turn off. Not sure why that is.

Thats was i though the OBOE lockscreen was. I dont use that lock i use the one in CHT2.0. I have been able to get it to unlock when it has started. But its one of the first thing that i do. It might have to do with S2U2. It might try to keep the setting when you install it.

Glade you where able to get it figured out.

Crusader 7 dosent have CHT in it. Its just build 2018 (i love this rom) and it works very well with CHT2.0.

Is the long hold end key quick menu part of the OS, or an enchantment to the OS? I really like that and would like to add it to the rom I'm running currently. I search a bit but didn't turn up anything.

And Ai, have you given up, or just taking a long break on an update? Overall I love the look and feel of it, but really need a phone that doesn't freeze on me with incoming calls, and drops data connections, so I'm hoping your still active, just quite at the moment.

I dont see myself releasing anything soon. I havent cooked for myself for about two months now, and family situation does not seem to get any better. So please move on to a different cook.

This continues to be the most stable ROM I've used to date. With only a couple of small gotchas I'm hungry for an update, which I hope is even more solid. The current ROM is fast, and the battery life is awesome. I hope things are good for our Chief's Dad and that we will soon have more goodies. Since flashing to the 9/10/10 release I've not even been temped to tray anyone's elses work. You rock Ai!

I have been using V7 from the day it was released. Longest ROM I have ever used in the last couple of yrs...

Same here, but there have been several updated builds from MS since this one. Are you looking into updating your ROM anytime soon? I'm thinking of re-flashing your Sept 10 V7 just to kind of clean things up, but may not do so if you have plans for an update of any kind.

I have been gone for 5 weeks, and have missed a lot.

I guess CHT 2.0 is out now, and new manila 2019 is out as well. Have those pkgs, and have the new 23140 SYS as well.

Although I enjoy cooking...but there is no motivation to cook for now.

My dad is still in the hospital, and he has a long path to recovery at this point. So lot of family stuff to deal with.

Well maybe I can try to work on a release...

I can definitely understand why there would be no motivation to cook - sometimes real life has a way of forcing itself to the forefront and absolutely HAS to come first. If you never work up another ROM, you can feel secure in knowing that your last one was the best around.
I remember when my dad was in the hospital for 3 weeks prior to his death, other matters in life suddenly took on a whole lesser level of importance. Take care of what is truly important.
