FAST!!! SMOOTH!!!!! Fastest 2.5..........????????? Maybe so.....still playing around....

Sorry Raid I'll throw down an indepth review shortly after I try a few more things and really load er down! So far SO GREAT!

I was on another rom (forget which one) where I had to change the wallpaper @ HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila. Once I changed it the first time like that, I was able to change it through the home screen menu. Wierd.

Hold on and I'll look.

@ that key change the strings "HomeBackgroundPath" and "CachedBackgroundPath" so that they point to your wall paper (i.e. \My Documents\My Wallpapers\My wallpaper.png) then soft reset.

hey guys. thanks for the info about htc volume control. I had been missing it, I will add it for the real release

I do not know at this time how to change wallpaper in m2.5 2012.. I have asked someone (I think it was mike, and he said "you cant change it with the home screen", but you can cook it in.. I will resolve this for the release. I prefer to allow my users to be able to set a wallpaper ahha

OK I just talked to Mike, indeed nobody knows how to set a non-animated wallpaper in manila 2.5.20xxxxx yet. I no longer feel so bad. volume control does indeed work perfectly on 6.5.x now, so that will be in the ROM (just need to give it my blue touch lol)

Juts tested my nightly sys and xip scripts and they are working. tonight sys and xip will go up.. so thats cool.
