also: i can't get swype to close sometimes ... click the swype icon (bottom middle) to open, but click it again and it doesn't close

I noticed this as well, the left is more responsive try that side of the button... also on the Swype only roms to change the sip you press and hold to get the selection up rather than using the right side of the jey as with current EZ-Input.

Hardway: Reconfigure X-Hook, take your stylus and drag from the top left taskbar down to the button that pops up for taskman. When it comes up hit the arrow to the right and from the menu choose system -> Settings
Goto xHook Replace Tab (3rd) and hit the drop down next to "Click [X]"

I tried it and set the Click [X] as [X]Yes/No and after a soft reset the X does nothing. Does it need to be set as something different?

Now, I was just downloading the ROM you posted, and noticed it is 23134 -- is this a new baseline? I never really knew the difference, I just installed 21667 because that's the one I downloaded. What are the differences?

23134 is the newest built on 8/30 and is Loaded, I have not done a baseline (lite) in a while. Once I get some feedback on the 23134 build I will final it and make a baseline version.

I installed the ROM, now my ISP doesn't work (internet)? I used the carrier provision, but it doesn't dial sprint when I try to sync e-mail, or open browser (give me error "Network Problem -- check and make sure internet is active...."

try to open your sprint connection the #777 one and close it. Sometimes it just needs reassurance that its setup.
