And when hard resetting, choose clear storage from your settings menu rather than the hardware buttons. Dont know why, but it seems to make a difference.

Hi Jstine,

Because of you, I'm now hooked on 6.5.5 So I just had to try out MightyMike's new Impact ROM when it was released a few days ago. It defintely has some stability issues yet --- my phone has arbitrarily hard reset twice since I installed Impact, which is pretty annoying! It also isn't compatible with Maxmanila 3.0.

I mention these things because, in the course of playing with Impact, I discovered CookieMonster's "Cookie Home Tab Mod". While I've been a fan of Maxmanila for a long time, Cookie's mod blows it away! Santod is busy working with him to incorporate clock arrays, so it's going to be a really great mod soon. I encourage you to take a look at it. You can see it in the TP2 Themes and Software section of these forums. Here's the link:

After reflashing HTC i got the ringtones to work. There must of been some kind of funk up in the process of downloading the ROM. Thanks for the help. Love the ROM by the way.

Jstine, the only thing with cookie monsters mod i dont like is that its NOT maxmanila, its just a way to have 48 program slots on the bottom of the home screen and the home screen doesnt slide up for the maxmanila options. Waste of time IMO

Not planning on stopping Max, just add another with Basic Rom with Cookie Monster cook in.

ty for the rom flashd it lasnite and luvin it. got 1 prob when i restart phone, as its about to load sense.at the top it says sms patch screen goes white for a couple secs then sense starts to load and everythings fine. is this normal or did something go wrong.srry just found another prob went to set up email. says cant not launch either not something or no trusted. plz help ne 1

Yes the white screen is normal for now (Patch for Message 2.1 Client).

About the mail, please give what type of account you are trying to septup.

just tryin to set up hotmail. i click other then put it my info and get the message. ok just wanted ot make sure the white screen was normal. luvin having mms workin right away.

sms patch screen is normal. when you flashed the rom did it ask you witch carrier you were with? did u pick us cellular?>
