Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]
I remember the good old days when we made the playoffs every year, 25 straight years... even made it to finals few times, but never got to hold that trophy ... unfortunately those days are getting harder to remember

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]
Anyone had probs with reception with the new Titanium? It doesn't "seem" like I have bad reception, but sometimes I have no bars, also can't get it to stay in EV using WiFi Router...
I was using the clean rom OC'd, just to try it out and installed ONLY the fixedSPRINTprovisioning cab and had excellent reception, I had tried both the cabs on previous flashes/resets, but it seemed like I only needed the one and not the other. I've been too busy to follow the thread, it just moves too fast, does the new Titanium have the two cabs/modifications all ready? I think I tried installing it and it gave me an error, so I hard reset... BTW Vin, this ROM absolutely rocks, Titanium 6.5.x OC'd to 748mhz. I just gotta figure out how to get the OC to stick on a reset, not a big deal though. One last thing, can I delete everything out of the startup folder except for startHTC or wahtever? I don't ever use BT or VC, but I can't remember what PKG was.... Quote:
At least your team HAS made past the first round. Arizona, where good players come to retire. Last edited by bobturismo; 04-07-2011 at 05:05 AM. |

I think(?) Vin cooks in the Fixed provisioning .cab for a while now. Just do the normal provisioning that is included in the ROM. If you are using WinmoSpeed for OC: install to SD card, set CPU speed to what you want, then press "create link with current settings", then go to SD card/program files/ winmospeed and copy the link to Windows\startup and it will boot with those settings. Since it runs from your SD card, if you set it too high, just pull card and restart phone and no worries of being locked out. Yeah, but you get to keep playing after this weekend. It's not often we get the better of the Wings, so I have to gloat |

I like 2.35 as it pulls in better than 2.32 and uses same battery as 2.32. Also I have noted that a change in PRL will affect things. If having issue staying on EV, check to see if your PRL was updated. I reverted mine to a safe number . I now have a refurb unit that is not as good on battery, no matter what I do I cannot go lower than 44ma idle & screen lowest. My old unit used 2 go down to 31ma with Vinn rom only. x
