Just wanna say thanks for the hard work. I am not a fan of TouchFLO in any variation, so your extremely stable titanium builds are all I use.

Have you tried it recently? It sounds like exactly what you're looking for. The 15 day free trial may be something you want to think about...

Indagroove. I followed you over from the Touch Pro 1. I absolutely loved your Touch Pro 1 Manilla 2.5 Rom. Any plans to release a similar one for the TP2?

Stalker!

LOL, no, seriously though- he said he is not going to release a Manilla ROM. He upl;oaded the kitchen for everyone to make their own if they want though (it has the Manilla files).

Um did you read my post?? I asked about Manila 2.5.

Indagroove says about his kitchen in post 3:
"The Kitchen includes everything in the ROM, plus additional files for Manila Sense 2.1"

But if he's not interested, I'm fine with that.

ooo a 6.5.x build from Inda! Thought you were going to stay away from that? Glad to see you didn't, downloading it now!

Well he said about 20 times in this thread that he isn't going to make a Manilla ROM, so don't know what to tell you there...

OK. That's fine... but his TP1 Manila 2.5 was a work of beauty.

That's what I keep hearing (or reading, whatever). But no matter how nice it was, it can't compare to Mobile Shell with the enhanced speed from not having Manilla bogging things down.

Try it out man. Install this ROM and install SPB Mobile Shell. It's pretty awesome.

nope... it still sucks (mobile shell that is)

I like titanium just fine, the only thing that bugs me is the new start menu (programs) the "honeycomb" or "zigzag" icon positions... BUG ME, other then that everything else I LOVE... I just want to straighten the icons out... not change ANYTHING else...

Well it's a 15 day free trial. Not that I'm encouraging anyone to not pay, because I love the app and want everyone to pay for it... But I'm sure you would probably have another ROM flashed by the time the free trial is up (thus starting the free trial over again).

The trial is fully functional. The only restriction whatsoever is that after 15 days it prompts you to register.

anyone have issues using youtube app in landscape? My screen turns black but I do have the search bar there. I end up searching in portrait then viewing in landscape.

When I reply to a text message, by default the cusor is not tabbed into the typy9ing window. So if I start typing, nothing shows up on the screen. I have to tap into the typyng wiondow area before I start typing.

Anyone else have this problem and/or know a fix for it?

New builds now with minor changes. Opera 10 updated to beta 2, Lockscreen improved, and some other minor tweaks. Nothing major. EXT packages for kitchen also updated.

i actually kinda of like this (it mimics the manila start menu), BUT the other thing is i still want an "all programs" sort of menu... remember in 6.0/1 when you could click the start menu? (this is an excellent replacement for that incase you dont want to install manilla) BUT id still like to have a 4x6-8 grid (but not zigzag or honeycomb bulls***) below the start menu (or this program as a replacement) for programs I dont want stickied!

I wish it was as easy as a registry edit to straighten them out and line them up :/

Well i can keep dreaming i guess :P

Didn't see this coming

I like simple things that work. This is the perfect ROM for me. Just had a disaster, but only myself to blame. Want share so that you all be careful.

Somehow the phone does not recognize the pin code and locked my out. Yes, I remember it correctly, the same 4 digits I have been using for years for simple pin code.

So tried 10 times, saw the warning that the phone will reset and wipe out all information. OK, but I forgot about the storage card. It wiped out everything on it too. Lost my contact backup, and lots of pictures and songs.

It may be just an isolated event caused by cosmic rays, ROM is great.
