28014 is even better than 28011 in my first benchmark tests Don't know when I will make a ROM with it, but as always it will be in the kitchen starting tonight
I went with your 28011 ROM from this thread (RZ_Baseline_28011.rar). Absolutely nothing added except a root CA certificate for an Exchange server.
Saw that the rom includes iContacts too. Wonder if that is getting in the way of the Facebook integration. The profile pictures download to the regular contacts list, but NOT to iContacts and I wonder if it is iContacts being sync'ed to the Exchange server. Would explain the missing pics.

Hmm.. If i can manage to get some slack time real soon, I may have to test this with your kitchen. Fix may be as easy as dropping iContacts.

One time when I first tried Manila 2.1 I set up facebook for one of my contacts and the picture still shows to this day on my exchange mailbox contacts and in icontact, so I do not think that is it. I think I have a problem with one of those packages. AFAIK icontact and wm contacts share the same list, at least that's how it is for me.

Ooh. Bummer for me then. I used the Facebook signin inside of the contacts app, not the MS Facebook app. Interesting thing is I see the pics in regular contacts but not iContacts so I will try a hard reset and try again.

I get the error message 2106 (address not in correct format) as well when replying to a text from the message tab. If you click on the message to see the chain and reply there, the error occurs. If you click menu> reply from the tab, all is well. If you look at the sent message in WM messaging the address the cause the error is in the form of "last name, first" <##########>.

Also, I did not get tehe SMS card error.

Thanks for the great ROM, it the the best 2.5 I've tried.

Yeah this rom does kick ass so far, but i'm having that "message not correct format msg. 2106" error pop up to when i use messenger... I used InDaGrooves rom an his said "SIM Card Not Inserted" w/o the 2106 error, perhaps theres a way to combine the two HTCMessengers and have it work somehow..?? Is there even a workaround for this..??

Same here. Haven't figured out how to fix this so far. I google'd this, and read where kimi_sae_ireba and yozgatg at XDA have a solution. For now, your best bet is to use Outlook Messaging to send text message replies. If you can figure out how to disable the Sense IM UI, that would be a better solution, IMO.

I havnt seen anyone mention anything about the build 2.1 23511. When I go to camera settings, everything is blank. Pretty sure I didnt get any kind of bad flash.

this is not a bad flash, this was my mistake. I left out the mui for the camera. this is fixed in the kitchen, but I am actually working on a 28014 manila 2.1 rom as we speak, the camera will be fixed in that also.

back in the 23511 days (few weeks ago lol) I did not know any real XIP optimization techniques, my view on module vs file theory was all wrong.. If you think the 23511 is fast, then I encourage you to try the upcoming 28014 manila 2.1 release
