Did you try updating your PRL or a new radio? My Location is largely based on tower communication so I'd start there. What changed? Did you have it working and then it stopped? Did you update the ROM? Install a new program?
DO you have an Airwave? (known to mess with it) Lots of questions, I know but My Location can be glitchy so a few different things could be messing with it.
Could be as simple as a small temporary network issue in your area.

Got some bad news. My computer had a major crash today, and won't boot. Most likely the kitchen will not be recoverable.

One drive or two? I had a similar situation a month ago and it turned out to be my D drive causing the blue screen rather then the C drive. Once I removed the D drive it booted right up.

Go to comms settings and make sure data connection is on. Mine randomly turns off and wont turn on by hitting weather update. Weather will update if i go and turn data connection back on.

That does indeed suck, you should try booting into a Linux Live CD like Knoppix or Ubuntu and copy the files off to an external drive or flash drive. Just because Windows will not boot, it doesnt mean the files are gone.

Pull the drive and hook it up to another PC via USB - IDE/SATA converter. Should be able to snag your files.

And I've been smiling from ear to ear about this ROM all day. Very stable and quick. Battery life has been awesome as well. Only thing I noticed wrong is when I use IEToggle to switch IE6 to PIE, PIE will load but it will never load any pages. Used to use PIE on a couple of websites that had formats designed for it...been trying to get by with IE and Opera but I hate zooming
