Added these cabs because these are what I require and they all work fine on this rom!

Thanks for the hard work you put into this and I hope to be able to use it one day soon.
That sucks man! I have someone I know who uses verizon, I'll try to get them to give it a shot and see if they have the same problem. And I'll get a cab of the background posted for you a little later.

No it does exist. I am actually quite pleased with them most of the time, though am a little disappointed that they don't support MMS on smartphones. And I honestly have no idea what GIMP is

just tested coreplayer (benchmark fo 3 mins) got higher framerate than ever before .. 26.5 fps. on other roms about 24.
I suggest including MP3 trimmer and titanium customizer. also maybe an option to switch back to the default 3 row start menu? That's all for now. I have to say I am loving it so far, though it has only been about half an hour...

VPN works great, even connects faster than before. you mustve put some black magic in this thing..
Dialer is the standard Tachi Dialer, just customized the colors Not sure what coreplayer is? I do have the pagepool set to 24 though. And have stripped out as much as possible.

Wasn't sure if the MP3Trimmer was used much, but I can put it back in there if enough people want it. Also have a program called Music ID (hold the phone up to the music and it identifies it supposedly) if anyone is interested. I'll look into putting incorporating the 3 row start menu for those interested.

As much as I would like to take credit for all of this, my ROM is based heavily on Groove's so he should get credit as well. Once I get a better grasp on the SYS folders it will become more my creation

I'll mention these in the second post for anyone who wants them, or can post them up there if you want to take them down. One question though, what is the icontactb?

icontact is a contacts application - very finger friendly. i cant live without it. I am flashing your rom on my VZW TP right now and see what happens. I changed the pagepool to 8mb. gimp is basically open source photoshop. coreplayer is a media player, plays divx, etc. I can find my own mp3 trimmer, I just use it to make ringtones out of mp3's, very handy. I say again I love the colors. I am a blue fanatic. I do not use MMS so I cant tell you if that works or not.

edit: flashed the vzw tp, been sitting on the red letter screen for a while now, I'll give it about ten more mins before I call it done... ok its been a while. confim this rom does not work on VZW TP's. might wanna check with the master scrosler about this.

Well, I'll have to figure out why it doesn't like Verizon. What carrier do you have that it is working on?

How is the 8mb pagepool treating you? Wasn't sure where to set it, and 24 seems popular lately and didn't seem to slow down the OS any. Did you set it lower just to have more space? I'll check out the contacts cab you posted and might incoporate it.

And no, I don't use GIMP, i use Photoshop And blue is the best color! Black is a close second At this point I don't plan on putting mp3 trimmer into it unless I get a lot of requests, but I can post the cab for it if you want.

cab would rock. I dont know how the 8mb pp worked out because the rom did not run on the vzw device. my carrier is sprint. i am curious what kind of tp nex-tech gives. you should post a pic! or if just a sprint phone on their network .. anyway... i only lower the PP on vzw phones because they have half the ram and need all they can get. next, you are pretty gifted with the photoshop, do you have a deviantart page??

Cab attached!

As far as looks, it looks like just about every TP I have seen. Chrome finish. From what DCD at xda tells me, the ROM it ships with is squeaky clean, no carrier customizations, so I would guess it is very basic. I might try to post a pic when I get a chance.

Thanks for the compliment. No I don't have a deviant art page, most of what I do is find the base pictures and trim, crop, colorize, stylize, etc to meet my needs, so I can't take credit for the original artwork.

Yeah I looked up nex-tech. $100 for a tp is good.. sprint its like $200 with a contract. I flashed back to nfsfan, nothing against your rom. I started to modify stuff like I usually do and found it already modified and starting causing problems. For what I do, which is tweak like crazy, I prefer to have a pretty standard starting point. while your rom ran great, it was not very standard. Also, I think the battery life could use some work - I was down to 65% within 2 hours (my main dealbreaker). Another thing was the start menu background, it was too hard for me to read. We are all here to help each other with constructive criticism so I hope I have done that. I thank you for this rom, it is definitely art.

What was modified specifically that was causing problems? What about it is not standard? Know any good battery life tweaks? I know I have a long way to go, but I am working on it, I definately appreciate your input.

the modified stuff was really simple like the cases in the CPR's. at this time my scripts are case-sensitive. I need to find a way to change that. That was the first thing that broke titanium. I used the uninstall script and it reverted back but I had made so many customizations already that all was lost and I had to reinstall some stuff.. None of this is your fault. Then I tried to change the task bar icons to a cab I made which is the sprint stock icons, it did not app wawork and I lost the battery meter unless an s open (??) as far as battery life tweaks go I do not know any, however you could borrow from calkulin's kitchen he has some battery oems that seem to help a bit.

About my scripts breaking stuff, that is all my fault. I need to work on the revert script to provide an option to just copy the backup cpr over (with a warning) or to simply go through and change the fonts back to tahoma and segoe ui without being destructive.

I did very much like the dialer skin and the comm manager skin. If I ever try my hand at making my own rom, I will be calling on you..

That is actually my fault, the only way I could figure out how to get the Chaos font installed at startup was to modify the orignal cpr files (based on your orignal postings ). I just need to figure out how to run a script during the initial customization process and that should help there. Or I could just start with the stock font and include your changer. Or I could rename the chaos font to tahoma

I vote for changing back to Tahoma option. That would allow any changes made while using a certain font to remain.

Thanks for your input thus far, it has given me something to work on
