i tryed the alltel ,us cell,telus,cell south and verizon 1.03.03 verizon seamed to work best but when i click on alltel 1.03.13f and verizon 1.03.09 google says the link is broke

dcd's site has been down for a couple weeks.

untouched Sprint Touch Pro. Do I need to do change roms to perform a radio update or can i just unlock then update radios and go from there? not really worried about the latest and greatest roms, but an updated radio, better service potential could be nice.
