Is there a way to get the regular start menu back? I like the ROM, not the start menu - I've seen screenshots on XDA of the same sys and it has the regular 6.5 start menu...

Is there any difference between the current one and 23053? Also how do I get rid of the HTC Comm Manager that's cooked in? I just want to have the default windows one.

try hard resetting again..i usually do a hard reset after a flash..
