I am digging this + SPB3... I do miss a battery icon though, specially since SPB3 doesn't show a battery icon on the professional layout... Ah, and the ability to set the light to flash for text messages, e-mail, voice mail... But I think that's a simple regedit, some research is in order...

I miss the battery icon a little, but I just use the DCI battery gauge and that's perfect. I attached the "flash light for" fix for you too.

Edit: OK... I also found this... I'll post it here in case someone else is interested:

"ShowTitleBarClock"=1

If you set it to 1, the clock will show up (that's as it is, default)... If you set it to 0, the battery icon will show up instead of the clock.

I prefer the battery icon since SPB is showing me a big clock anyway.
