One issue I am having though is with syncing directly with exchange. I have got it set up OK and everything works OK with the push email except that it gets stuck for ages syncing my calendar, it just sits there saying Calendar: Processing in activesync.

It can sit like that for about an hour then it will finally complete, then it goes through it all again. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening."

Humm... Maybe I'll flash back to stock rom again (tho I've done the flash danced many times) and try sync'ing with exchange and see what happens. I'm using Outlook 2007 also.. with 717 appointments and around 400 contacts. 2000 contacts, you're like a portable 411 my friend. lol

Good idea Kris but with exchange it syncs over the air. You first have to connect to a computer to set it up via activesync and then its all wireless after that so I don't think it's related to my pc's. Maybe there is something in my calender on the exchange server that is hanging it up like a corrupt task? That's a thought! Thanks!

First and foremost thank you Lord for sending someone else on here to prove I'm not completely crazy. lol Seriously, I know there has been a couple of others which have had this same issue but I have not seen what is causing it or how to fix it. Now this is interesting.. I just flashed Energy.HERMAN.21892.Leo.16.Feb.2010 and it made it to 100/717 and stuck for about 15mins..took off again then made it to 200/717 and it's hung again. It does continue to show "synchronizing" and the blue circle is spinning. lol Crazy stuff going on here! Thank you for your help.

Hey Jobryan.. First off I was posting on my PPC during lunch.. Kind of hard to type very fast with big foot thumbs.. Got a ? for you though, you said exchange does it over air.. I'm confused here.. via wifi to your LAN or your mobile web? Also, I use cricket as my carrier and hotmail for my email and I can ONLY update my INBOX folder and only on my WIFI not via my mobile web.. However I can use a browser to hotmail dot com and read everything on my mobile web.. Any ideas why hotmail only updates the inbox folder and only on a wifi?? Anyone else use cricket or hotmail got some 2 cents change for me?

Sounds like a good idea. I hope there is a software solution though...maybe some crazy cab that sets it the other way.

Just a question. When I download the ROM from Hotfile, I try to open with 7zip and it doesn't. ANY ROM that's under the Energy Series. I tried with all the other machines on my network and same issue.(I'm a computer nerd, so I do run a domain at home, overkill? Na) Anyone having this issue? I haven't tried dl'n tonight, but I was up til about 4 this morning dealing with this. Anyway, great ROMs, have used in the past, but currently using XXXRoot and just going another route. You guys rock! Great community!
