The VolumeControl dll file contains the icons for the volume as well. Unless you want to fix it for the new icon included with the rom you're out of luck. If you're interested user Tsowen has taskbar threads with tutorials on all the taskbar stuff.

I'm running the 23518 std m2.5 version (Titanium side) and everything works well. The only quirks I've noticed is that sometimes the screens bottom taskbar is 1/3rd of the way up from the bottom occasionally when going from the home screen to the start menu but will eventually settle back into place. I've seen this on other versions just not recently and it's also not a big deal. The other issue is that it seems as texting from the physical keyboard is fairly slow or lagging again. There doesn't seem to be any issue if I text from touchpal however. Solid ROM and really dig the new graphics etc..

Just loaded up 23518 Jan 18 StandardM2.5 and I love it but I found one quirk, when I get a new text I don't get the little number on my slider, the icon shows on top where it should but there is no notification on the manila slider, anyone know of any fixes? Great work NRG!

I liked this ROM, but found that when I used the keyboard on the touch pro, the screen turned mostly black. Anyone else run into this?

Yea, I ran into that a few times. I think it has to do with Sense 2.5 and the fact that we have landscape and the HD2 does not.

I'm on Sprint and on the 1-18M2.5 2.1xxx. I installed the "sprint remove picture mail" and then "J.D. Arcsoft" cabs and I am unable to view pic mail. Any suggestions?

Can you explain how to install these? I've tried installing them both and all it does is change the background on all my tabs to black except for a small square to the top left which stays white on all tabs. I've tried disabling sense and installing them and it still does the same thing.

Using the latest rom, 21889_HERMAN_18.Jan.2010_StandardM2.5 on my TP but when trying to use the twitter tab I tap it to log in but just takes me to the Account Manager. Is there a cab I'm missing? Are there compatible clients out there I can use?

BTW love the rom. Just replaced a smashed TP and first thing I did was get a cooked rom on there. Can't stand stock!

I installed the EnergyROM_23518_HERMAN_18.Jan.2010_StandardM2.5.ra r
and the signal icon turned RED and little dots moving like it was searching for signal. The signal icon will pump up to full bar when I dial out or send a SMS. So for now, I can only dial out or send out SMS. If people call me, it will go to voice mail. and if they send me SMS, it will save to Sprint queue and I will receive it when I make my phone get the reception (which I have to dial out or send a SMS to get reception)

I flashed back to stock ROM and thought it was the ROM problem, but it's the same with stock ROM. I believe my phone is bad. so I brought my phone to Sprint store. Well, the technician took my phone to the back and did whatever he needed. I came back 45 mins later, and he told me that he just ordered me a TOUCH PRO 2 - 2nd shipping. COOLIO.

Just wanna share my story. I'll leave this room and head to TP2 room. I have fun with you all here, especially with some geniuses who always there to help others.
