Is there any contact app that can assign your contact pic from facebook just like how MobileShell 3.0 does?

Doesn't it already do that? People's tab\all people\updates & events... At least in 2.1 it's like that and it sync all facebook friends pics w/contacts. You can select who to sync and who not to sync. I can't remember how the people's tab works in 2.5, but I'm sure it's similiar.

Assuming of course that you are running an NRG ROM...

Oh ya it will update anyone in your contacts that's on facebook. It will even show their status. I'm having some issues updating my profile picture but I think it might have something to do with files I have backed up in Sashimi. I'm checking now. But ya it definitely updates other contacts out of the box. Like I said the only thing its not doing is syncing them with my Microsoft exchange server that hasn't worked for a while.

so can you guys help every nrg rom is different. i did the dance and still no luck. what im talking about is every other nrg rom or so my keyboard doesnt work for that rom. in this case its the dec 09 dusk 2.5 28011. Someone... can you please help??

What I really liked in older roms (way back in July and Aug...lol) was the ability to upload directly from the camera album. Basically snapping a picture, hitting "upload to facebook" from the menu, and having it posted to facebook within a minute or two. Is anyone able to do this with the new roms?

i usually use microsoft myphone to upload pictures to facebook...it works really well...

am running on Dusk 28011 build, and everytime i tried to login. it says " There was an error while attempting to login", but my internet works very well.. pls help.

OK after a quick hard reset and some adjustments to Sashimi my profile now updates perfectly. Including my profile picture.

Ah, I remember that facebook error message from a long time ago. I'm not sure how to fix it though. It was always fixed somehow by the chefs that cooked the ROMs I experienced this error in. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Did you try using the software keyboard?
