21xxx may be slightly more stable but IMO the stability issues stem mainly from the manila version with 2.1 being more stable than 2.5
Again, IMO, 28xxx offers more finger friendly menus throughout the UI.

does anyone have the rom run slugish? it does for me sometimes. i tap an item and makes me wait for awhile sometimes. other than that it seems great. i even hard reset it.

Does it work for you to hit the CTRL button (bottom far left)? That's what I've always done to get the keyboard backlight to come back on. It's an easy button to find when the lights are off and it doesn't seem to do anything anyway.

The only point of reference I have is from the Final 6.1 Mighty ROM release because that is what I upgraded from. Compared to that it does seem more sluggish or as I would say not as snappy. However, all the new features is worth it to me.

I've attached a new WM6.5.x application that you can use to set the "X" and "WMLOGO" buttons. It was created by xtep over at XDA. I've copied the link below to the thread. You can use it to close an application when you tap the "X" button. I am personally having problems with it locking up my phone but I seem to be the only one in the thread at XDA having this problem with the latest revision. I haven't narrowed it down as of yet. Please try it out and see if it will work for you, that might help me find where the conflict on my device is. I'm not in a position at the moment to hard reset and try it from a clean EnergyROM boot. Please let me know if it works for you or not. If it does work then maybe we can get NRGZ28 to incorporate it into his ROMs.

Ive been away for a bit trying to catch up..Is there any way to use the HTC Volume control instead of the bubble? I noticed when clicking on the clock in the top tool bar and then taping the white windows logo it opens HTC Volume control.But if you use the volume hard buttons the bubble comes up...Its not a big deal,just thought id throw it out there.

I found a cabbed up version of the xperia x2 task manager. does anyone know if this can be installed on any phone? i know NRG had it cooked in his previous rom

Does anybody know how to enable threaded SMS after installing the disable HTC messaging cab? I have the setting set to threaded, but its not showing threaded messages.

i know the orange is kinda ugly,i have a blue and green skin for the x2 task manager if you would like them

i've never messed with it but cant u adjust the keyboard light under the keyboard settings in advanced config.,im certain i saw it there,just dont know if it works
