You might be hitting the action screen button which is the left soft key and will take you to that screen.

Ok, Nov.20 21864 is freezing at the "Touch Pro" screen. (Waited up to 15 minutes.) shows the text at the bottom in red, but never progresses any further.

Nope, Already thought of that. I have re-calibrated the stylus and tried it over and over, just wont pull up contacts. The button for contacts even turns blue as I press it acknowledging I hit it. Any other ideas?

I was stuck ther for a bit had to gard reset till my TP loaded to the BoatLoader then I was able to Flash to another ROM.

I tried both ROMS and they did the same thing both times coming from stock

i've been using 11/10 23504 and i've found that there are a few applications where windows reads a tap of the right softkey as activating the left softkey. i dont have my phone in front of me to test if contacts is one of them right now, but i know it was an issue with the iris browser. you may be experiencing the same thing.

the workaround is creating a second "right softkey" using raphael keyboard config. i havent gotten around to reflashing yet to see if that corrects the issue.

Just my .02- I couldnt get 28002 to go and with so many users having an inability to boot, I'm wondering how stable the ones are that got it to go?
There, I knocked on wood for you, hope all is fabulous but if your rockin' the newest release keep the fact that many couldnt get it to boot in the back of your mind in case you see any weirdness crop up.
I'm patiently waiting in Stockland for nrgz to rescue me.
