I just saw it today! I have the same gripe as you too. Very annoying. I'm going to mess with the settings and I'll let you know if I have any luck.

EDIT:Have you tried different options in InCall Power Mngr as this is the app that turns the screen off during a call. There is an Always On option which will leave the screen on. Of course if you issue is another source this may do nothing.

i have never touched that setting or program and have the issue at hand when i am in a call i cannot turn the phone back on screen stays black, and my girl has the same problem and i thought all along it was s2u2 but maybe do you change any settings in the in call manager if so would you share? I never thought it was a big deal when i see it i just reset immediatly and 30 sec later it works again but my girl hates that problem

I have no problem with this at all. However I do not let PocketShield nor would I let slide to answer integrate with the dialer at all. I can answer a call just fine and end it with no issue ever.

Maybe try hard resetting and see if it clears anything up.

OK, let me start by saying, in my experience, the Tachi dialer and the In Call Power Manager issues go hand in hand. So I found that if I got rid of the auto-data kill both features work great. The downside is I have to kill data manually but FOR ME it's no biggie. If you dont want the In Call Manager to turn off the screen then I'd select Always On under Option/Settings. I like the feature and the only option I have checked is Show Phone At Screen On cuz I was having issues of it waking to the Home screen. Always On should work, it did for me when I had it selected by accident. Hope that helps.

My light comes back on when I end the call , maybe try sliding the keyboard or the power button rather than resetting??

i just flashed my rom for the first time ever the other day, and i was pretty nervous as i have never unlocked my phone or flashed anything before. it was flipping easy and your rom is awsome. i have 0 problems and it is super fast. you sir are awsome! keep up the great work

One of the reasons I am not running this ROM anymore is that buggy/laggy dialer.

For people who do mostly texting etc & rarely use it as a phone, this may be acceptable. For people who make a lot of calls however, the tachi dialer will very quickly become a major irritant........

NOT if you can live without the Auto Data Kill. I did the #777 Thang and my dialer is flawless. I can post the reg edit if you want? Set the Long Press End key to Data Disconnect and you're all set.

The only "bug" I really deal with these days is my indicator lights [around the D-pad] will sometimes stay lit...soft reset solves the problem.

I really need to update the Guide. There have been some good goodies recently. Thanks to those who've been recommending it to new ROM users.

There is a faster way to fix the hard key light problem without resetting.
Next time it does it slide the keyboard open for about 2 seconds.
Close the kb and hit the power and see if the lights go out.
