Thanks for your post. I downloaded a couple of your packages, but the internet tab never changed. Tried disabling touchflo copying to windows and reseting, but not success. Any ideas?

Thanks for the info. Everything worked like a charm and they actually got my keyboard fixed w/o having to replace my phone. Hopefully it last

I can't get it to install on my phone... "Pleas Help" I'm new at this... Starting the installation process update fails. I don't know how to get pass this. All my info is still on on the phone after I unhook the usb and take the battery out. I have an Alltel touch pro that is now on the Verizon network... Any suggestions.

Even though OP wrote it up like FaceDownMuteRing was a key, it isn't.

You need look for it under

HKLM\Software\HTC\PHONE\

Ok... I kinda feel like the weird one, but i need the help of the super awesome and talented guys here on this thread, before i move this to the main page.

What kept the appointments from showing up on the homepage? I actually want to NOT have anything on the home page. Can someone help analyze why this has happened and how I can recreate it?

Ive been working on modified home tabs mixing and matching what I think works best and looks good. This is something that I would like to have as an option.

Please help a brother out!

Long time MightyMike convert... His stuff is great but I was looking to try something different.

After 12 hours of heavy usage on vibrate and ring for text and calls, I still have 50% battery left..awesome. No issues so far...except for my damn keyboard failing. But that's not the ROMs fault. Sprint advanced exchange won't let me get another one since this is my 5th due to their garbage refurbs. Guess it is time to go to the store.

BTW I plan on doing new topic about this, but if you are having keyboard issues with your Touch Pro I have a solution that at least worked for me.

So, I flashed the stock ROM back on my phone and relocked it so I could take it back to the Sprint store, fully expecting to get a replacement phone because my hardware keyboard had finally quit working all together. So I take it in and they take it back to their tech guy... a couple min later they call me back there (I'm thinking 'oh crap, did I not relock properly?' Lol..)
The tech (who I actually know) tells me he literally just heard about a new fix today.
The fix is:
Take the battery out, hold down the space bar pretty hard for about 5 seconds (while the battery is out), reinsert the battery and power on device.
I don't know how or why this worked, but I am not complaining. Hopefully this will last...

No need to disable anything -- you can change styles while it's running. Depending on how you want to do it, here are the long version instructions...

Install via Activesync: First make sure you have unzipped a file called 27c65cbd_manila from one of the zip files (many versions to choose from) to somewhere handy, like your desktop. From Activesync, click 'Explore' then open 'Mobile Device' and then you should see some folders including 'Windows' -- drag the manila file you extracted from your desktop (or wherever you put it) onto the 'Windows' folder on your device. It should ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file, say yes. Now just navigate away from the internet tab, and back to the internet tab, and you will see it updated.

Install from SD card: If you have the zip stored on your SD card, just browse it with Total Commander, pick the 27c65cbd_manila version you want and unzip it to \WINDOWS\ which should also ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file, say yes. Now navigate away from the internet tab, and then back to it to see the changes.

Let me know if that doesn't help.

did you unlock the phone?? stock rom?
