I just recently flashed to ER3 and most things are working well. One small problem that I am having is that I use Cricket and when I try to access the ##PST to make changes, it actually attempts to dial the phone. I have tried both ##778 and ##778# and nothing. This was originally a Sprint phone, so I am wondering if it needs to else to access.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated...

You can get to the epst settings by accessing it from the windows directory

Download the "Standard" ROM.. you must have downloaded something else.

This is going to seem like a pretty dumb question, but how do I access the dialer? On the home screen I see "Action" in the lower left corner, and I can't seem to find ANY way to access the dialer.
