If this is your first one that goes bad, then you'll probably just get a refurb. But you can always tell them your friend had the same issues and they replaced that with a TP2. but one thing for sure is that if you have more than 3 hardware failures, you can ask for TP2.

edit: turns out it is the keyboard and since this was replaced with a refurb only a few months ago I will be getting a NIB touch pro 2... so long to this forum...

I am still running cookie April 24th build but just waiting for my phone to charge to flash May2nd build. Has the youtube and message been fixed?

"Youtube - Error: There is not enough free storage space to run YouTube. Minimum free storage space required is 8MB."

you are going to have to rearrange your screen. Go to the home tab and press MENU and then I believe its edit home layout. Click on the clock for a moment and it will give you three buttons, a delete, left and right. The left and right change the clock or whatever you have clicked on, the delete is... well, to delete that from the screen.

To add more to your home, just click and hold where there is nothing and click on the add button, add what youd like...(you can also hit the advance button on the right hand side)

To get everything to fit, you may have to push the clock up to accomodate due to space on the TP is less than the TP2.

Hope that helps, ultimately, someone posted a video that shows you all these features... but I think it is only on the 1.7.X co0kie...

UPDATE: you need the youtube app? here it is, this is not the direct replacement but...it works. It was on a previous post by JOEOZUNA4U. Hope this helps you.

Here you go 7zip for PPC. works for me, use it for all the extracts. I download and flash the roms on my SD since I am not always on the PC and am still a flash junkie... jejeje

I have continued having problems with my dialer. After installing another dialer I then had a scrollbar on my dialer. I found out how to remove the scrollbar from the dialer and now everything is good. Here's how incase you don't know.
