I have continued having problems with my dialer. After installing another dialer I then had a scrollbar on my dialer. I found out how to remove the scrollbar from the dialer and now everything is good. Here's how incase you don't know.

(Note: This removes the scrollbars everywhere! Not that we really need them anymore.)
