I never remove my SD card when flashing friend.
The only time it might matter is if the card is somehow corrupt.
As long as you do not try to flash from PC and also have a flash file on your SD card. That might not be good. LOL

Just a troubleshooting step since Voidbladestorm is having issues flashing. As root mentioned, a corrupt file can cause the phone not to boot; an issue I've experienced outside of flashing.

I hope Voidbladestorm reports back as I'm curious if a successful flash to NRGZ was achieved.

My phone does that as well. Even my girlfrends, and she's on a stock rom.

well i just finish speaking with an advance tech and she has told me that it is happening with all window phone not only with the touch pro, soo that will contact microsoft so they could come up with a patch or an update, but at the momment there is nothing that they can do about it, and that we will have to deal with the sittuation untill then.

Remove your flash card if you have a backup copy of a rom "Raphimg" in the root directory , otherwise you will flash the rom on sdcard even if your conected to and trying to flash from pc. Been there done that , when I get to a release that I really like I usually keep it on sd just so I can flash back whenever I want , just need to put it inside a folder when not using it.
