No SMS issues for me, sending and receiving from Sense. Ringer failed, I then went into Sense Settings\Sound and Display\Ringers and Notifications and selected BOTH Quiet on Pickup and Pocket Mode, I am still ringing for now.



Youtube-what ROM are you on? The youtube program works as well as going to the website and playing videos within Opera 10 in 28002.

EDIT: Meant to say I always update the PRL via *2, it will auto-update if you're not on the current version, cant get it to take

wierd mine will update on the dumped sprint rom but wont on nrg rom o well.

I am on 28002 2.5 from yesterday...and Youtube does not work from the APP only from opera 10. and i did do the flash dance!!!

Thanks for your input winmonewbie...what about a 2.5 non-transparent slider?? do you know where to get one???

Seems like my email and text bubbles doubles up a bit (kinda like 2 on top of each other when the tab is over the email or text tab.

ok pm here is the wm 6.5 auto lock cab, it will lock the screen using default wm lock by hitting power button,takes bout 2-3 seconds to lock but it works great

I love the new ROM update (21869), but the ringer is broken. Doesn't matter which one I pick (stock or custom ringers). This is odd since the last update of this build I tried w/2.5 worked just fine minus the SMS issues in landscape. Now the SMS works great, but my ringers are broken.
Gonna try flashing 28002 and see if that works any better.

EDIT: Oh and the Pocket/Quiet Mode options aren't fixing the ringer problem for me, just in case someone was thinking I didn't try it.

I'm getting ready to Flash Dance again. I just got everything setup and backed up and tried to send a text message to my wife SMS-Chat. It wouldn't send. I thought, "No biggie", and installed Zenyee's Disable HTC Messaging 1.2 cab. That didn't work so I dug a little deeper. Come to find out I have no Windows SMS at all. Under Messaging all that is there is email and no SMS. I'm lost on this one so the only thing I can think of is to reflash unless someone has a quick idea for me to try.

EDIT: No responses quick enough! Re-Flashing!!

My ringer seems to be working fine. The youtube app however doesn't work for me either (Cannot Play This Video). I'm using 21869, I had this problem before on another rom and to fix I deleted some youtube cache that was on my memory card but I don't remember where it was.

28002 is windows 6.5.1 ( with the taskbar at the bottom) and 21869 is windows 6.5 ( w/the taskbar at the top.) Both are new builds!

Sorry not sure about the slider.

I'm getting the black screen again. It seems related to calls. For hours on stand-by, browsing, sms=no problems. Shortly after making a call the phone was unresponsive. Soft reset worked. Then shortly after ignoring an incoming call the same thing. No buttons work, kb light comes on when I slide out the kb but nothing, not even the power button does anything, soft reset again.
I'm stumped, going to paly see what I can see.
btw this is after 2 stock flashdances.

Winmobile, once again hi. The only step wasn't able to perform was to change settings (phone) to CDMA according to instructions. Though, b4 never have issues with it. Apparently I'm doing something wrong. Please advicewhen you have a moment. Thank.
