Just a thought... But have any of you noticed that disabling AGPS will then allow My Location to pull data for Weather? Almost like AGPS is fighting with some other system setting.. And if this has already been mentioned, I apologize as I'm composing this on my TP during lunch.

I found that changing it in the manila contact screen doesn't actually change the ringer for the contact. When you reopen the contact it just lists whatever was set previously. I went in through the Windows contacts (Start -> Contacts) and changed it that way and now it rings correctly. I also set all my default ringers with Windows and not Manila.. And "none" should just default to the standard ringer. At least that's how mine is anyways.

Ok. Tried that. I am running 21864 v2.5. The windows edit contact showed no ringtone and when I put one in it sticks. I still get no vibrate or no ring when someone calls but I do get the notification beep for missed call, email, sms, voicemail etc. Any other ideas?????

Ok, I did a hard reset and only restored my contacts etc.. via MyPhone..
So far, SMS is working.. I can send and receive.. I'm not going to add any other apps and see if it stops working again. *fingers crossed*

I have 23081 rev2 too, and for some reason after exporting all the notification and sound over using my phone, everything works for me so far. I don't know whether you guys have probably from simply setting them manually, but give my phone a try. You can also set all the sound settings with that program including contact specific rings.

I had to turn it on to get my weather to lock on to the right city;

HELP... Maybe its me being retarded but I flashed to the new rom yesterday and it didn't allow me to hook my hotmail account up to the fone nor would it allow me to send and txt msgs... are there anyone having the same problems as me or are there any solutions for what I am going through. I really like the new m2.5 but if i can't get it to work I might have to stick with the october 22 rom.
