Just flashed 204S and am getting a shortcut error when holding down the power button, I'm assuming it's to shutxp? Is there a cab file I can install to get that working again? Not sure which version you usually include (if any)..

I always cab install psshutxp VGA after I install Deck's ROM. And then I map the power button to it.

Oh, and Deck, THANKS FOR 0204! I'm such and addict, nice to have a dealer that stays on top of it.

Do you know of a way to put in the slider for the control panel applets on no2's site? I'm lost as to what I would have to edit to get it working.

EDIT: To the previous poster asking for shutxp, I forgot to attach the skin I use. I didn't make it, just found it in the forums. Thanks to whoever made it. They are attached in the Skin.rar file. Just place the skin files in \Program Files\psshutxp. The skin is very HTC looking, and has the Touch Pro logo on top. Nice addition to have when pressing the power button.

I've noticed that the clock is now default in the title bar, even if you have the option unchecked. No way to get the battery back. I'm using vistahide as an alternative. Also noticed we went back to the previous skin for the Tachi dialer, bright greens and reds. I can't see any difference in the control panel on the "Power" settings and "Power Service" settings. I'm guessing just and accidental double icon.

But I do have a pretty major issue, and need everyone to check and see if they are having the same issue. I believe it's due to the EZInput version being used. When you open internet explorer, you can slide out the keyboard and type in the address bar just fine. But if you attempt to enter anything into the text feilds on the webpage, the hardware keyboard and software keyboard fight each other with every button pressed. Can't seem to get the software keyboard to stay down! IE is the only program that seems to do this, messaging works fine. Hopefully there's a regedit or cab fix for this so I don't have a seizure trying to type. I'm running 0204 stuffed.

Everything else is fast and smooth! Gotta love the SsS ROMs.

I flashed to the new version, but now my phone is giving me a connection problem(it won't sync), any ideas?

Okay, this Internet Explorer keyboard thing is driving me absolutely bats. After a hard reset, it's better now. The keyboard still comes up no matter what when I click on a text box, but it doesn't flash up after every key press now. I just have to tap the keyboard on the bottom task bar to make it go away, and then it stays gone till I change screen orientation again. Tried NullKB and set it as default, but then that annoying old-school windows mobile keyboard comes up instead of the "Touch Input".

Hope someone finds a fix, it's really the ONLY problem with this ROM that I can find.

Those roms posted are my favs also but I guess you both haven't checked Energy rom thread on post #4 it has many usefull info and cabs to use on any rom.
I use pssshutxp cab that I color-edited they posted there. It starts up when holding power button and is almost same as one your skinfile so you no longer need to attach skin.
