Edit - That's also an old version of the power driver. It's not the reason for the lockups though. I don't have the new version handy but you should be able to search and find it.

The Arelas repackaged TsOwen 3.4 taskbar is fully compatible with this rom and does not cause any volume control issue. Its the only taskbar I use. So for you my friend either its something else youve installed, OR you installed another taskbar BEFORE the Arelas repackaged one, that is not compatible and uses the older volume control. I bet the other taskbar you installed is either uninstallable or did not completely remove itself.

Its defintely not the arelas cab. What I suggest you try first is finding and insalling the volume.dll file into the windows directory. I am at work and dont have it but You can find it on the files of the mighty rom5 thread I think or someone else here can post it. If that doesnt help then its something else youve installed. You would need to figure out the culprit.

no issues here. That's a pretty common application for these phones, so i think if more people had the issue they would have said something. sorry man.

Ok,

I set an appt. for 8am. Named it test and set alerts to show on screen and reminders every 1 minute. Set the appt from 8am to 9am.

I went into the SOund panel of TF3D and set it to automatically put the phone in vibrate mode during appts.

At 7:59am the Alert went off. Reminder stayed on screen. The reminder went off for several minutes until I turned it off. The phone, however, did NOT go into Vibrate mode at all even though I had it set to do so. Also the clock on the home screen did not update until I pressed to dismiss the reminder.

Anyone give it a try ?

Laos what is it not doing for you ? I forgot what we talked about the other day. With mine it works except TF3D did not put the phone in Vibrate mode. I wonder why that is..

I'm trying to get java to function on the HTC TP. I don't see jbed on the list of apps in R3BORN, although it's listed in MightyROM5.

I've tried installing a couple versions of Jbed with no success. Is there a trick to getting Java running on Opera/IE?

i just wanted to put my two cents in i know that this has already been posted along this thread, but the battery life on this rom is sick. it feels good not to have to charge up my phone throughout the day.Great job mighty mike

My GPS does not 'work right out of the box' with this ROM. Does not work with google maps or with HTC GPS tool. Anyone have some troubleshooting/testing tips I can try?
I have my location set to on.

Also, has anyone with Verizon service and a touch pro gotten google's 'My location' to work?
Any settings to tweak to get that to work?

I used bored's VZW GPS v 2.0. Worked perfectly. Set the baud rate to 56700. The thread is in this forum with download attached. Follow the instructions exactly. (BTW, when you find ppst.exe in the windows folder, run it).

Get QuickGPS too. It downloads accurate GPS location data to phone to allow faster acquisition of satellites.
