Well the main problem with the previous release, is with those ip addresses in the btpan driver.

When BT is on, your data connection won't work on the phone.

So that's why they were removed.

Have you tried inputting those numbers into the latest release and giving it a go?

Hi Lilrico!

I installed the red, white, & yellow themes on MightyMike's current 6.1 room.. The kind of messed with the colors and was combining some of them and it only allowed me to uninstall the red.

Any ideas how to remove the white and yellow??

I keep getting the error message that they can't be removed fully.

Im currently on the May11th release and was trying to hold off flashing until you dropped something new for us to toy with. Besides, I think Ive already tried that before I reverted. But I will gladly flash 06-09 if those settings work for you and u need me to confirm.

Rico, are ALL the full theme installs working now? Or is that next on the agenda?

The ONLY thing i changed between those two releases was THIS reg entry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\BTPAN1\Parms\TcpIp]
"EnableDHCP"=dword:1

On the old release it is ZERO. On the new release it is ONE

So that's possibly the issue.

Can you please confirm?!?!

I feel your pain! I absolutely loved the speed and stability and low memory footprint of the latest release, and was saddened by the experience of this 'issue'.

The only settings in WM6.1 thats different between the two drivers of 5-11 and 6-09 is in the BT PAN and remote RNDIS adapter settings. One version if set to use DHCP, the other, static IP. Im surprised its proving to be such a PITA.

Would reverting to the older drivers be that much of a compromise?
