just throwing this out there in case any else encounters it (might be a phone issue):

installed this on my wifes phone last night. she got it all set up. this morning it "crashed", so she did a soft reboot, and when it came up it was a white screen under the taskbar. she reset it again, and it actually performed a hard reset.

it is installing customizations now. i will post more if something else weird happens.

You should always perform a hard reset after every ROM you flash. if that didnt work let me know i will walk you through some other options.

Great work man! Got the TP 2 weeks ago, pretty much tried a new ROM out every couple days, and this one is BY FAR my favorite. Definitely one of the best!

Unfortunately I'm on Verizon... Is there any chance we can get a "lite" verzion of this? I've got the pagepool down to 6 and that definitely helps, but just wondering if you were working on any sort of stripped version.

Either way, great ROM!

i'm assuming you're replying to me. i did a hard reset when after i flashed it last night (nand too).

the only thing that i installed was the ms myphone app.

it is back up and running.

think we can get a minor update today with those slight bug fixes u said we'd get a day or 2 ago and those updated menu enhancements set to right height?

Sounds like a bad flash or something, I've never seen/heard of anything like that. Did you hard-reset it or re-flash? Either way let me know if it works.

Yeah I'll get on them, I kinda took a break as I was in major crunch time the last few days before the release and then was away from the computer a lot this weekend. Seattle finally had a weekend of great weather

I've always had the desire to do a "lite" version not specifically for Verizon users but it would certainly do better on your phones. It just takes a lot of testing and re-working things, I will look into it during some downtime. One of the things about my ROMs is that although the memory usage is higher on boot, it typically will not climb a whole lot and even if it does it does not slow down and remains quite zippy.

Oh yeah, another way to shave off several megs of memory use is to use Advanced Configuration and disable the phone skin, it's under the "Phone" tree.

I'm reflashing right now. I'm not sure what went wront but it would make phone calls or answer them. It would just reset it self if I tried to make a call or a call came in. Lets give it another whirl.
