Odd. I've been running the phone for 14 hours now with moderate usage (lots of text messaging and internet usage but no phone calls) and I'm still at 40% battery. I don't have any other apps installed though except an IRC client.

SPB Diary is nice because you can customize much more of what you see with filters etc. So far I see absolutely no speed impact at all, just whatever memory is taken up by the actual today plugin. I have a hardcore tweaked weatherpanel setup I use, it's awesome for getting a variety of weather radars, real-time traffic data and even traffic cams, I have a real-time image of where the international space station is orbiting the earth Total eyecandy but pretty cool too.

I download most the TV I watch, it's more a reminder to actually get the shows lol.

Well, you're certainly choosing the right ROM to try out first. Why mess with the rest when you can start with the best? :P

I've been on custom ROMs for so long, I've forgot what stock even does (or doesn't do) I'm really curious what your impression is with Psyki's ROM after taking the plunge.

BT in comm manager works but often won't disconnect, use BT OnOff on the programs tab or in start->connections to reliably turn off the BT radio. I can activesync and pair up my bt headphones no problem...

I also used the default sms hack successfully, try this cab I whipped up it worked fine for me.

Can you list anything else you have installed? Are you using push email at all or making lots of telephone calls?
I have it stock... I did not install any apps and I have most of the services disable.

Re: [ROM] <!-- Psyki 3 - Build 090528 --!> Custom Rhodium Manila [21046 WM6.1]

love the rom so far, great work psyki. unfortunately i have the crippled verizon tp and had to put the page pool all the way down to 4 in order to get it running decently well on my phone and im still at about 89-92% memory usage. anyone have suggestions to help it run faster or use less memory? possible things to uninstall to clear up some memory space?
