damn i dont remember the stock sprint slider looking that nice, i swear it doesnt have the bling there, i coulda sworn that was a custom psyki thing cuz ive never seen it on any others, this new clear slider is just too sweet, i love how u can still see the icons beneath it while sliding.

out of curiosity i remember you said u had one bug just after u released this version, has it been brought up, can u tell us what it is?

as far as the comments on s2a, i love it thanks for adding it, was i right about the smoke theme being default after flash?

Did you do the ssmaho mapping or was it cooked in? If you did it yourself, uninstall ssmaho and try this cab. If it was cooked in then I'm not sure if the cab will work, there might be two instances of ssmaho fighting with each other...

i tried to install but found out that it was cooked into my rom so i uninstalled. if this doesnt work, is there something else that i can remapp to my clock?thanku!

i'm sort of stuck in the middle of this one, on one side (for me) i got a ton of appointments a day so this helps, but i love the flipping animation of the clock and miss that, and the call history button wasnt really a nuasance, i could always just slide my finger up to see the rest of appointments, and on the other side (for my wife) she has no appointments at all so now if i flash this latest rom to her phone her home screen will be bare and unflipping and she probably won't remember that the clock is her call history, after thinking those over i think i'd rather have the flip clock back and original appointments/call history back, maybe u can map the manilla clock to say a cool lock program or something, i dunno, or g-alarm if ssmaho wouldnt mess up 10% of the time with errors, who knows if theres a solid solution, anyhow its up to you, great rom either way you take it

psycho maniac has found great tweaks for us!http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=69185 some roms have em already.. some dont. use a registry editor like phm registry editor and go to work! if a rom is decent, you can maximze it by using some\ all of these tweaks.. thanks psycho maniacs and ppcgeeks!

Yeah...I'm getting HORRIBLE battery life as well. Phone won't even last 4-5 hours...just sitting not being used.

Actually I did modify the "sprint" slider some to make it look better but the design was based on the sprint slider. I am in love with the glass slider though, if you want the sprint one you're on your own

Smoke theme being default? The "default" theme is glass, but yeah any of the other included themes will make the menu smaller menu enhancements look funny. I have a fix for that and will post it shortly.

Frankly I think the home tab looks hot without any unnecessary text, it allows the background to come through in its full glory. But I'll package up a "fix" that restores the call history button and the flipping clock for you guys though (looking at you zayebis). Unfortunately there's no way around the "ssmaho messing up 10% of the time" error, it's just the nature of the beast. And I'm sorry but I just don't understand why anyone would rather have a broken-yet-mapped-to-galarm button over a functional worldclock-to-call history button *shrug*

Dunno what to say, my battery is at least as good as v3 if not better. I didn't do anything different between the two that should affect battery at all. I just went 6 hours and dropped 20% while frequently checking email and light web browsing, and so did my roommate. Others in the thread have reported great battery life as well.

Can you list anything else you have installed? Are you using push email at all or making lots of telephone calls?
