Yes. Sometimes a reboot fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.

Great rom, Psyki!

One thing I did notice though on my installation. I restored my personal info using PIMBackup, and I have a recurring appointment from 7pm - 8pm today that is set to occur every Monday evening. This appointment was restored from PIMBackup too. Well, I created a new appointment from 6pm to 10pm Monday, and that worked fine. But when I try to delete the standing appointment, I get the standard "delete all appointments or just this one" prompt. I select to delete that one appointment, but it does not disappear from my calendar. I tried soft reset, but that did not help. Any idea why?

Hmmm, not sure... I use Activesync to back up my calendar. The last time I used PIM Backup to restore my calendar, when I then hooked up activesync it duplicated everything. If you use activesync you might try deleting it from your computer.

Ok, I'm having a couple of issues other than that this rom is rockin! The couple of things i am having issues with have been posted and so I cant wait till a new release comes out bc im sure it will be perfect. To bad im broke otherwise i would donate.

Anyway, one issue that I have not seen posted has to do with my text messaging. When I start having a conversation and I stay in the conversation box waiting for that person to text me back, then I finally close the conversation box. If that person had text me 10 times down at the bottom on the messaging tab on touch flo it will show I have 10 new text messages. I then go to all messages and look at the last person i was texting and it will have (10) showing 10 new text messages next to that persons name. i have to open and close the conversation 10 times to make it disappear on the touch flo and the all messages.

I looked in utilties to see if the was a sms fix, but there was not one present. I did see someone say something about it earlier on in this thread.

Tried all that. Maybe I can dig up a fix from somewhere on the site. Let the search begin...

I installed this cab. It took playing with some settings to get the camera to come on the screen but now it shows up consistently; even after resets and what not. Not sure if it's a permanent fix but seems to be working so far.

Try installing the CDMA FIX 2 in the Utilities folder, that will also fix the problem of the "enter text" box going away if you use the on-screen keyboard. I haven't seen that problem, it may be a rhodium problem and not a ROM issue.

I'm pretty sure I have all the tools and resources to do it but I need to get some advice before I just start releasing ROMs without any clue if it will work, hehe.

I hear ya'.

Have a nice big-old-beer on the Aarons_Custom_Guns donation! This is a bad-*** rom!

Got some decent life out of the battery with some tweaks and mods this weekend. Could get about a "day" of regular use out of it.

I can get about a "day" of use as well now depending on how much I use it. What kinds of tweaks did do?

Let see....I've installed the nueClockControl, nuePowerDriver

SPJ_Battery_Performance.cab

and make some value changes in the reg.

Not really sure what exactly I'm doing...just playing around with it.

what did you clock it at? so you installed all 3 programs and got some decent battery life? i'm at class right now and heck I left my house 2-3 hours ago and I was at 95% and now I'm at 36%. I just turned off data to hope it lasts me for the rest of my day. i wish i would've brought my data cable or wall charger. Can you link some of those programs? thanks given!

To turn off auto-rotate go to the settings tab, scroll down to G-Sensor and turn off "Auto Screen Rotation".

Any other cool things? Someone mentioned once that it can make "phone calls", as in you can actually TALK to other people who might be all the way across town! I know, crazy huh??? Careful though, this feature has not been tested...

I've attached the cab I installed.

For the Clocking i've got it set at...
528
256
81.92
19.20

and I've been able to drop the discharge from 193ma to 157ma. I might be able to get it lower...but don't want to loose performance.

Yeah, I think it's a Rhodium deal cause I've had that issue on several ROMs, but quite honestly can't quite remember specifically...I've flashed so many times! :violent2:

Yea I guess it must be a rhodium issue. Ive already installed the cdma fix 2 when I had first flashed a few days ago and that didnt fix it.

Another issue...

I go to my message tab on touch flo and if i click on the text message that appears directly right in front of you it takes me to some other type of texting screen rather then the normal windowns threaded texting that im used to. It actually looks pretty neat if it worked that way when I go to (all messages)but its only the text message that appears on the messaging tab that is affected.

This is a great rom-
I am loving it -

The only issue is the reported Camera Black Issue.. it still takes pictures but "viewfinder" is black. I just soft reset to fix it

Also a few times after soft resetting tf3d2 will not start but turning tf3d2 off and back on again seems to fix it

Keep up the good work!

This is what it looks like. Down at the bottom the tabs are as follows from left to right.

-contact details
-Texting
-Email
-Updates and Events including link to facebook
-Call History

The tabs even work like the touch flo interface.

This only happens when i click to reply to the text that appears on touch flo messaging tab that was last sent.

That is a feature of Rhodium manila :) You can get to that view by going to the contacts tab and opening a favorite (or any contact for that matter). Select the txt tab and you can see the threaded view of all messages to/from that contact that you are talking about. The same goes for emails to/from that contact.

Well how do i get it to look like that on the touch flo messaging tab when i click on "all messages" then select a conversation? its just the regular windows threaded texting that im used to when i click on the conversation under all messages.

As far as I know that is just the way Rhodium is built. The advantage of going to "all messages" is that you can see all your conversations with multiple contacts. Keep in mind this is an unfinished port of Rhodium manila, and frankly I honestly do not know how the finished/complete version will operate.

Yea Im aware of going to all messages will show you all the contacts messages. I'm kind of curious then if there is going to be an updated "all messages" screen when it is a finished product. None the less This rom is great! I have no other issues so far.

However I did install the spj battery tweaks but my battery stayed at the same discharge which is 157 with nothing running or 166 bounces between there.

Hmm, there's not much I can do really except take out a couple of the major performance enhancers which are also RAM hogs... What are you used to seeing program memory/performance wise on Verizon? Rhodium will also eat up more program memory than manila 1...

All that tweak does is change the pollinginterval in the registry down to 1250, whereas my ROM has it set to 20000 as most chefs use. It remains to be seen what the advantage is, if any... Nevertheless my next release has a few battery tweaks of my own I think you guys will like.
