I had it on the charger all last night pulled it off this morning and it was at 100% and used it for about a minute or two. I then placed it back on the charger, for about 15 minutes and then pulled it off and it was at 10%. I have the lowbatterymeterfix installed which fixed the issue when I first flashed. I've never had a battery issue like this on this ROM since installing this fix.

If you go to Settings->System->Power & Backlight, what does the battery remaining say? The issue with the battery icon showing low is just a simple problem with the registry doing the math wrong in the display so it doesn't show the correct % left. That particular problem/fix should not affect actual battery life.

So if the battery in reality has 90% left, but it's "reporting" 10%, do I have to just keep hitting the "Dismiss" button on the warning that tells me I only have 10% left? It won't shut off when it "thinks" it's at 0%, but is actually at 90% will it?

Hmmm, I'm not 100% sure about that... What does the cpl report the battery as? Honestly even with strange battery issues there is no way I can see the battery jumping down to 10% so quickly....

Oh it DEFINITELY didn't jump down that quickly! But if the OS "thinks" it's that low it'll react as it's programmed...and that's what worries me.

After installing the "battery fix" on the first page your icon at the top should be accurate. You can always double check by going to "Power" in Settings. The OS will react to actual battery conditions, so in your case it sounds like the battery is actually low.

I agree. I live in Cali where hands free is not optional. Here you go if you don't have it though. The cab is floating around all over this site.

This is a Rhodium bug - not a ROM bug.

Sorry about that, it's kind of a hack fix, it will be rolled into the next release.

I believe I get this error as well. Says "SSmaho (or something like that) autostart failed."

I have noticed a few issues.

1. The icon that appears next to the battery icon (forgot what its called) that allows you to completely close a program just disappear. The space is still there but the icon itself is not visible. Clicking on the empty space does nothing. I do not want to hard reset 'cause I have already modified this rom a lot.

2. Camera issue: I cannot duplicate this problem but it has occurred at least twice already. Sometime when I start the camera from the Photos & Videos tab, I only see a black/dark gray screen. I have to X out of the camera several times in order for it to start working normally again. Though I cannot duplicate this error (it just happens), the last two times it happen I was in a place with little light. - (Just to clarify, the screen still remain dark even after I move to a bright location).

Psyki, you listed Voice Recorder twice on the first post.

The task manager might go away if you use quickmenu. Just go to Settings->System->Task Manager, go to the 'Button' tab and check the boxes there.

There is some known issue with the camera I've seen in other roms, I'm looking into that. Even if you can't see anything the camera still takes pictures, if that helps.

I'll fix the voice recorder posts, thanks :)

Did anyone conjur up a fix for the CHANGE PHOTO option in the FAVORITES tab? I'd like to be able to change the photo through this option as it doesn't downsize the quality.

I did check out the QuickMenu for a minute or two and I guess that's when it went away.

Thanks! it's back now!

Whoa - you're going to version 1.1 already? I am just getting this one setup to my liking. I can see I am never going to get my TP setup just the way I like it, since I keep changing ROM's so often. It reminds me back in the day with my 700w. I'd Sprite back up before a new app. Now I never back it up (save for ActiveSync), with Sprite since I change ROM's all the time...what a different world....

Actually I may have jumped the gun on that estimate, I have a lot of "Real-Life" things coming up in the next couple days that will take up some time but rest assured a new version will be coming. Check out tools like sdconfig and rapiconfig, they make it ULTRA easy to install CABs and restore all your personal settings (provisioning.xml) automatically during first boot/setup. There are a ton of resources for those tools on this site and xda. And of course PIM backup backs up txt messages and call history perfectly.

How are people adding US cities for the Weather tab? Are they installing the weather database, or are they using the homegrown app that allows you to add cities to the database (I forgot what this one was called if anyone remembers).

Thanks,

Great rom, Psyki!

One thing I did notice though on my installation. I restored my personal info using PIMBackup, and I have a recurring appointment from 7pm - 8pm today that is set to occur every Monday evening. This appointment was restored from PIMBackup too. Well, I created a new appointment from 6pm to 10pm Monday, and that worked fine. But when I try to delete the standing appointment, I get the standard "delete all appointments or just this one" prompt. I select to delete that one appointment, but it does not disappear from my calendar. I tried soft reset, but that did not help. Any idea why?

Well that's fine if you live in or near a city in the default database. However, if you like me – the US Cities that are in the default database are not all the close to where I live, so I have to add my city. Plus, it’s nice to actually have the cities where you live, work, etc…
