unrar, drop it in the oem folder, chose it in build os, do not choose htc scroll and then remove the file HtcDrmApi.dll from the HTCShareDLL folder...

also do not choose sprint manila in build os

you can add .cabs manually by dropping them in the Config HTC-SPCS folder... then edit the config_ap file as so:

CAB: \windows\"cab file name here".CAB

make sure you choose autorun in build os

Thanks that helped out a lot. I still ran into a problem though. I managed to cook a rom that would start installing my cabs but when it gets to the first cab it installs it and the phone freezes. If I hard reset the whole customization process happens again and ends up freezing. Another thing I noticed is that when I synced all my contacts and if I go to the people tab in TF3D2 and go to All Pepole, TF3D2 crashes and restarts.

JD, i have not flashed to the new ROM you just put out last night but this has been an issue for as long as i can remember. when i get a text msg and hit reply the message loads but the cursor is not in the text entry box. shouldn't it be?

when a new sms is received and i hit view the sms app loads, but i would think that should load the message.

the KB arrows/enter key do not work in the email app when the app initially loads. they well after you have tapped the screen.

also when taking pics they come out always in portrait. again this is in 21210.

it always sounds to me like i am *****ing. i hate that, but i hope you know by now my intentions are for the good.

another side note, is there a reg edit to make it so when i reply to a msg it closes out the msg?

okay does this have all the fixes and other cabs that go with this manila or is this just the main manila ?

it from xboxmods rhodium port and includes the v1d fixes, but nothing else (contact card etc)

i havent had time to OEM other parts

i should have mentioned that this is just the XBmod VGA Rhodium Manila with FIX V1D and doesnt contain anything extra. you need to add the contact card cab and other parts of the port to get the rest of it to work...

sorry if that caused any angst and undue head scratching
