Yeah, it seemed odd when I noticed it in the Rhodium port too. The average consumer is not going to poke around with a registry editor, they are just going to be frustrated that they can't change them

Actually I have a cab that unlocks the that too, its floating around this site somewhere, id post it but im at work, not on my pc.

It may have been your goof on the manila included in your kitchen, I don't know haven't downloaded it yet, but it wasn't your fault in the Rhodium port that XBoxMod at XDA is doing, that is what I was referring to.

here is the registry mod to eliminate the locked programs and leave all blank just make sure you have a registry editor installed / put the file in my documents or any folder and then click to install

no in this kitchen and rom I had changed a couple of regedits here and there and that was one of them
