Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen

Just flashed a rom from this mornings kitchen. Did anyone else have problems with the volume buttons on the side of the phone no longer working. They now navigate the menu and not adjust the volume.

Understood. No issues to report besides the dialer so far.

Actually it isn't. Been using this manila with another w.6.5 build prior to flashing to this ROM. I will probably revert back. Thanks though for the input.

JD I'm getting this same error too. I didn't delete nor add any OEMs to this kitchen. How could those of use go about correcting this error.

Are you talking about the xboxmod manila 1d? it comes with the cabs to add and remove the programs tab. By default the programs tab has never been there for me and I tried it on all the latest roms. I added the programs tab once, I think on Copper, and saw the same thing you did where the first programs have a lock icon and cannot be removed. That really sucks so I just removed the programs tab and never tried again.

What rom and what manila version are you using where the programs tab is not like that?

If the icons are locked, it is just a registry setting to unlock them. IIRC, it was HKCU/Software/HTC/Manila/Program Launcher. The setting is real obvious when reading through those entries. Just a matter of changing it from 1 to 0 (could have been 0 to 1 too, it has been a couple weeks! Just change it!)
