Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
Did you try just running the RUU, Does the phone say USB on the bottom of the screen. I have never had a problem just flashing from bootloader. It won't connect to activesync, but the RUU recognizes it is connected

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
No prob man! Don't give up just yet. It is almost impossible to f-up your phone! My recommendation is find a good ROM you like, and copy it to your storage card named RAPHIMG.nbh and leave it there. That way you can screw with kitchens all you want, and if you run into something not kosher without time to fix it, you just flash from the SD Card to your favorite chef's ROM, and your off and running within minutes

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
If I build a basic ROM with the kitchen, is it the exact same ROM from the first post? Or are there other enhancements in JD's pre packaged ROMs?

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
I flashed a rom a few weeks ago , and the default explorer had a thumb nail popped up in the corner. Anyone know the name of this enhancement? Or am I going nuts?
Never mind - its File Explorer Extension 2.05 Last edited by notrock; 04-18-2009 at 04:18 PM. |

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
not to overstate the obvious, but this new kitchen definitely kicks axe!!!
my ROM is now complete and i can honestly say that i am happy for the first time since i bought my TP back in november. it took a while to figure out how to get all of xboxmod's rhodium port to play nice, but after a few hours of head scratching and rebuilding i have no issues what so ever regarding manila. everything is OEM'd and works... all my menus, notifications and even the dreaded program tab. i have quite a bit loaded into the ROM yet i still have 300+ mb storage available. this latest build of WM6.5 is silky smooth and probably a big reason as to why TF3D2 is working so well. if i have one nagging issue it is that when i raise or lower the volume while a video is playing (in landscape mode) on WMplayer the screen bounces to portrait. this is not a deal breaker by any means and for now everything stays at it is. that is of course unless JD creates another kick axe kitchen ... btw... thanx JD for all the great things you create Last edited by captblaze; 04-18-2009 at 08:30 PM. |

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen
anybody knows how to disable the auto rotation on start menu, I don't need my battery sucked up by this...
Also any idea where on the phone the opera favorites are stored? |
