is your card "fat32"? also make sure you hold vol down and power long enough to see the gray screen, that was my mistake.

hello all....I am a newbie. I have a question. For some reason I am having a problem with TouchFlo 3D. Everytime I click the "messages" box It goes to the "launching touchflo" screen. It just started doing this late last nite. My phone is already flashed to juicy 4.7 but I was wondering if I reflashed it to juicy 4.7 again would this take care of my problem im having. When i click on everything else in the phone....it works fine. I just cant get text messages or check my email. Could I have a virus? Thanks in advance all!!

security unlocked means nothing you need to see the word cmonex in the bootloader.

Absolutely - just rename it (if necessary) to RAPHIMG.nbh on your PC and put it in the root of the card. Same thing as a ROM reflash, really, except it shouldn't hard reset your phone.

yea you can flash anything from the sd card that you can from an RUU (HSPL, SPLASH, ROM, RADIO)

Thanks to the OP for this.

I ran into some issues originally where I had encryption on my card and even after I turned off encryption, it seemed to not work and not see the image file. I reformatted and redownloaded and everything worked perfectly.

For some reason i can't flash from my sd card...i can get to the bootloader screen fine and i extracted the .nbh file as well as all its counterparts into the root /storage card directory...but when i reboot the phone into bootloader mode it does not give me the option to flash the rom...any help?

did you rename the .nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh? that is all you need on the sd card (no other files)

that file is already named that..and it is in my root directory..

Make sure your card is formatted FAT32 - I've heard it also causes problems if it isn't.

Going from memory...

You need to hook it up to a Windows computer via a USB adapter (or just use the TP--PC cable) and use the format function under disk manager in Windows, or I think you may just be able to right-click the drive letter for the card and select "Format". Choose FAT32 from the menu and select quick format. Be aware of course that a format will erase whatever's on the card so move it elsewhere if you don't want to lose the data.

or use a sd card reader then do the same thing or there is a link somewhere in this thread to nue storage which can format the card from the phone.

How do you flash the Sprint Relocker file in the zip file? Its just one file in the zip

that one file is the relocker. you flash it like any other flash. (rom, radio, splash and spl all are updated by flashing nbh files designed to update each piece.)

No longer having a Windows Machine (I only have Linux and MacOSX installs that aren't running in a virtual environment), I have to say thank you. I have been using this post for forever and never taken the time. Thanks for posting this so long ago.

hmm, I lost, I have flashed my phone wtih ROMs many times and even flashed new radios to my Tp, but they are more like syncing with active sync then click on the exe style icon and the flash starts..Is this file intended for placing in your SD card and flashing from your phone instead of Active Sync?

Ok, read the entire first post and understand a bit more now

But does my SD card have to be emtpy and just have those files in it or could it have all the stuff that I have already in the card but place those unlocker and relocker file in the root of the SD card?

use this program on your phone just click "DISMOUNT" then click "FORMAT" and youre done..

no you do not have to have your sd card empty it just needs to be formatted fat32, named correctly, and not in any folders

It said you will get a ROM error if you reload with a dumped ROM. I think I used a Dumped ROM.. This is the STOCK ROM i have..

StockSprintHermanOSBigstorageRUU_dumped.nbh

I used that ROM and relocked my phone, then sent it back when I got my new one in the mail. I havent flashed my new one yet. But going by the file name apparently that ROM is dumped. HOw do you get a Stock ROM? Not a dumped one. I never got a ROM error. But still. maybe I was lucky.

in the stock rom links in the sticky you can get the shipped rom. I would question wether your phone actually locked if you didn't get the rom error after flashing the dumped rom... or somehow you got lucky and that one happened to be signed properly still.

What's wrong?

This is a new Verizon HTC Touch Pro. I did the standard unlock/flash on my old TP and didn't have these issues...

I noticed the stock SPL was 0.40.0000. Do I need to use a different unlocker?

sorry for the noob question, but do you have to rename the relocker to "RAPHING" like you do to the roms when you put it onto the sd card???

you have to rename it the same way you do for roms, to RAPHIMG.nbh

nvm. deleted the nbh from the radio RUU added the relocker.
and it works!
