What rom did you have on it before?
Try a different USB port, I had to try 4 different USB ports one time to get my old Vogue to flash

how are you doing the update ?

Did you extract the rar to a folder then go into the ruu and select the custom_ruu.exe ? while phone in bootloader mode ?

B4 running the custom_ruu does the phone say serial or usb @ the bottom ?

Phone says usb at the bottom when it's plugged in.....I have 4 new usd 2.0 ports and it will connect to them all no problem....just for some reason won't actually go to that 1% while installing the ROM...

That's weird, so you aren't getting any error messages or anything like that? I'm starting to run out of ideas other then that microsd card method, is it possible for you to pick up a cheap 512mb one somewhere?

Try to flash another ROM, a dumped stock ROM if possible. It may work better for you.

Try the actual flashing process on some other ports. A storage card would sure be great to have for you right about now though

yeah go to wmt spend 10bux get the cheapest microsd card they have in stock ... flash that bish tonight and get it over with... LOL

I would just do that, if I were you

That way you can always have it lying around too if you wish to do another ROM update.
