If you put your TP into bootloader mode "rainbow colored screen" you should be able to flash a different rom without it having been sync'd with your computer. Something similiar happened to me when I started to try and make my rom the first few times. But when I put the phone into bootloader I was able to flash a different rom. And back in business.
